ITM services and agency support

Ever since ITM was founded in 1992, we have had a very close cooperation with several government agencies. One of ITM's main purposes is to maintain the best possible competence about environmental issues with relevance to agencies like the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, Chemicals Agency, Work Environment Authority, Energy Agency, and the Transport Administration, but also the environmental and health authorities in local government levels. This is accomplished, partly through direct research founding, but also through joint planning of the research done at ITM through the Government Agency Committee. This committee has representatives from the different authorities  and from the scientist at ITM.
